Bandai Namco Online announced today (November 20, 2024) that it will be merged into Bandai Namco Entertainment. The merger will take place on April 1, 2025. Bandai Namco Online was established in 2009 as a 100% subsidiary of Bandai Namco Games, the predecessor of Bandai Namco Entertainment.
