Amagasa, a wholesaler and retailer of women's non-leather shoes, announced on April 22 that it has received a judgment from the Tokyo District Court regarding a lawsuit between Cruise, its consolidated subsidiary CROOZ EC Partners (CEP, now Vesta) and CROOZ SHOPLIST. The company filed a lawsuit against Cruise and the two companies for damages, while CEP also filed a lawsuit against Amagasa for consignment fees....
